How to add an email signature

• gmail

1. Sign in to Gmail

2. Click options - Mail settings

3. Enter your new signature text in the box at the bottom of the general tab

• yahoo

1. Sign in to yahoo

2. Click options - Mail options

3. Click signature

• hotmail

1. Sign in to hotmail

2. Click options - More options

3. Go to Personal email signature
